Digital product refunds

If the toolkit is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. A brief explanation helps us improve, but is not required.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. No physical return is required. After a refund, please stop using and delete the purchased toolkit files.

If a file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible, contact us so we can help restore access or arrange a refund. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
